Who we are
An Australian AI company that advises, builds, and embeds.
humaniseAI is an Australian artificial intelligence company headquartered in Cremorne, Melbourne: an AI-native enablement and delivery consultancy for mid-market and enterprise organisations in regulated, safety-critical and people-centred industries. Getting AI wrong there has real consequences, so governance and security are built in from day one.

Our AI consultants, engineers, and accountants sit in one firm. That’s rare for an AI consulting company: we don’t just advise on strategy, we build, ship and operate the capability behind it, and embed in your team to run it. Not an AI agency that hands over a slide deck. A firm that stays until the result is measurable.
Our vision
To be the global leader in AI powered business transformation, partnering with businesses to drive measurable growth through outcome-driven, enterprise-grade solutions delivered with clarity, speed and material impact.
Our mission
We transform organisations through AI and top-tier talent, operating as an extension of our clients to deliver exceptional experiences, drive outcomes, accelerate growth and create sustained competitive advantage through innovation, strong relationships and premium delivery.
The humans behind humaniseAI
Our leadership team: people who’ve built it before.
Real experts behind the AI, not just automation. Anyone can license a model; what clients buy from us is judgement, delivery discipline and people who own the outcome.

Keith Modder
Chairman
30+ yearsFormer COO, VirtusaNasdaq IPO
Three decades building and scaling global technology services firms, including taking Virtusa public on the Nasdaq.
Keith has spent more than 30 years building and scaling global technology services organisations. As Chief Operating Officer of Virtusa Corporation, he was part of the leadership team that took the company public on the Nasdaq in 2007. Virtusa went on to grow to more than 30,000 people and was acquired by Baring Private Equity Asia for about US$2.0 billion in 2021. His remit spanned revenue, margin, client satisfaction and talent across Europe, the UK, the Middle East and Asia Pacific. He knows what it takes to run large technology programmes at scale while holding commercial performance. As Chairman, he brings that experience to humaniseAI’s board as the firm grows.
Shanil Dissanayake
Chief Executive Officer & Co-Founder
Co-founderAuthor of the ROAI methodCPAEO Melbourne Accelerator Chair
Works with boards and executive teams on where AI produces measurable return, and where it doesn’t.
Shanil is CEO and co-founder of humaniseAI and holds executive accountability for client outcomes. He works directly with boards and executive teams on where AI produces measurable return and, just as importantly, where it doesn’t. He wrote humaniseAI’s ROAI (Return on AI) method and its Flywheel engagement model, which runs literacy, strategy, delivery, maintenance and evolution in sequence rather than treating AI adoption as a one-off project. A CPA by training, he brings a finance lens to technology decisions, so every initiative is tested against a business case rather than a demo. He co-founded the group in 2018 and launched humaniseAI in 2025. Shanil is based in Melbourne and is Accelerator Chair for Entrepreneurs’ Organization Melbourne.
Dmitry Loukine
Co-Founder & Head of Partnerships
Co-founderPartnerships & alliancesAustralia, UK, Middle East
Builds the partnerships that bring humaniseAI to enterprise clients, and makes sure what is sold is what gets delivered.
Dmitry co-founded the group in 2018 and leads partnerships and market development. His background spans defence, recruitment, finance and software. He builds the alliance and channel relationships through which humaniseAI reaches enterprise clients in Australia, the United Kingdom and the Middle East. He works with technology leaders on software products, automation and AI integration, drawing on years of experience with distributed delivery models. Dmitry also works alongside delivery leadership so that commercial commitments and delivery capacity stay aligned. What is sold is what the firm can deliver.
Runs humaniseAI’s delivery organisation, with security and governance built into every engagement from day one.
Uditha leads humaniseAI’s delivery organisation. He is an IT leader with more than 18 years of international experience across the US, Europe and Asia, specialising in digital transformation, cloud infrastructure modernisation and enterprise cybersecurity. As COO, he is accountable for engagement quality, resourcing and the operating disciplines that make delivery predictable, including the estimation and staffing model applied to every engagement. His security background underpins the governance and security standards humaniseAI builds into every engagement from day one. Where work runs across teams and time zones, Uditha owns the handover model that keeps it in step with clients’ Australian business hours.
Keeps every engagement running smoothly behind the scenes, from onboarding through to reporting and invoicing.
Usha oversees the day to day running of humaniseAI. Her remit covers commercial operations, engagement administration and the internal systems behind client delivery, from onboarding through to reporting and invoicing. She brings more than 14 years of experience across manufacturing, pharmaceuticals and IT, covering HR operations, business restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and policy design and implementation. She previously led the group’s shared services function. For clients, Usha is the point of contact for contracting, billing and any administrative matter that comes up during an engagement.

Account Director
Australian accountsPrimary day to day contact
Your main contact for the whole engagement, and the person who raises issues early rather than at a milestone.
Simon is Account Director for humaniseAI’s Australian clients and their main day to day contact on every engagement. He brings nearly five years of experience in the technology and data industry, and since 2023 has led client partnerships for the group across custom software, AI and automation, QA, DevOps and outsourced finance. He owns the client relationship for the life of the work, organising the consulting and delivery teams around each client’s commercial goals so that what gets built matches what the business needs. When scope, sequencing or capacity needs a decision, Simon raises it early, so issues are dealt with before they show up at a milestone. It is humaniseAI’s principle of clear owners and early escalation, applied to every account.

Jenna Zhu
Principal Consultant
EY, 10 yearsAI & Data, Asia Pacific$6m global programme
Helps people understand, trust and use AI in their real workflows, the part most programmes underestimate.
Jenna spent ten years at EY, most recently as Associate Director for AI and Data across Asia Pacific, leading enterprise AI adoption and enablement. She has worked with financial services, resources, consumer and public sector clients. Her focus is the part most AI programmes underestimate: helping people understand, trust and use AI in their real workflows. At EY she grew a regional capability initiative into a global programme backed by $6m in investment. At humaniseAI she brings that experience to AI literacy and adoption work, so new tools are used, not just installed.
AI doesn’t fail because the technology isn’t ready. It fails when it’s dropped into a business without the judgement, care, and expertise to make it work. To humanise AI is to shape it around the people who use it, approve it, and answer for it, so responsible AI is the default, not an add-on.
