About the client

humaniseAI’s Talent team worked with a cloud-based strata management platform used across apartment buildings, commercial towers, and housing communities, covering resident communication, accounting, and maintenance management in one system. The client needed a dedicated QA capability to keep pace with mobile app releases and a website relaunch, without the reliability issues that come with moving fast.

The challenge

Speed and reliability were pulling in opposite directions.

  • Some requirements were ambiguous at the outset, risking mismatched delivery

  • Resource and timeline constraints forced hard calls on scope

  • Mobile apps and the revamped website both integrated with complex existing systems

  • UAT surfaced more issues than the timeline had room for

  • Remote, distributed teams made consistent communication harder to sustain

What we did

humaniseAI’s Talent team built QA into the process, not just onto the end of it.

  • Split into dedicated Web and Mobile QA units under one QAaaS model

  • Ran the whole process on Scrum, working sprint by sprint with developers and product owners

  • Built quality gates: multiple test environments, compatibility testing, and a release readiness review

  • Managed every defect through JIRA, from logging to resolution

  • Added automation testing to catch regressions before they reached users

Results

  1. Multiple Apps Shipped: Delivered several white-label mobile apps across different user roles

  2. New Branding Options: White-label apps let the client offer custom branding to its own clients

  3. Faster Release Cycles: Structured QA cut the time to find and fix defects

  4. Clean Production Launch: The revamped website deployed successfully with no major issues

  5. Stronger Collaboration: Regular reporting and documentation kept every stakeholder aligned

Takeaway

humaniseAI’s Talent team turned ambiguous requirements and a tight timeline into a QA process the client could keep running long after launch.
